- Family History is the study of one’s family origins.
- This is the family or families in which one feels a sense of belonging
and either identifies or is identified.
- Genealogy is the study of one’s biological ancestors.
- These are people from whom one inherited genes
(which in turn make-up characteristics, interests, and predispositions,
such as biological, cognitive, social, and meaningful).
- The family in which I am identified and to which I identify is

- For me, BR*N Sos (Spelling of surname) is a genealogy website,
in that I inherited genes from the ancestors I’ve listed there.
- Both the study of Family History and of Genealogy are basically composed of:
